The design and fabrication of the new Men's Health Education Rural Van lead to Singleton Rotary's newly inducted President Warren Deaves being acknowledged for his contributions by 2013-14 District Governor Brian Atkins at the District Changeover held back in June.

"Warren Deaves  is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Singleton, he is a dedicated Rotarian who has the respect of his peers. Warren joined the Singleton Club on the 3rd March 2005 and has held several board positions during that time. As many of you are aware we have a new Men’s Health Educational Rural Van designed, fabricated and completed by Warren Deaves and his team on behalf of the District and is really important to men’s health in rural New South Wales. It is something that we really do need" stated 2013-14 District Governor Brian Atkins as he recognised Warren significant input by honoring him with a Paul Harris Fellow Pin.

In response Warren said "I’m blown away, I joined Rotary back in 2005 to give back to people the things that I could help with. I like to see people smile, people that are less fortunate than myself, I’m always there to help, and the MHERV van was one way that I could, I had the capability and I’m just so pleased that it is being used to help these men outback that never get to see Doctors. This PHF [Paul Harris Fellow] is absolutely amazing."
